4 OF A KIND |
 |
Description
4 of a Kind is one of the ten possible
Poker-Hands.
Example
A 4 of a Kind is a Poker-Hand, built from four Cards of the same
Rank.
|
Additional Rules
- Do more Players hold a 4 of a Kind, so the Player,
holding the 4 of a Kind with the higher Rank, wins the Pot. (A-A-A-A beats
K-K-K-K for Example)
- Do more Players hold the 4 of a Kind of the highest Rank, so the
Player, holding the higher Kicker, wins the Pot.
- Do also hold more Players the same highest Kicker, so there will be a
Splitpot.
Poker-Hand of Player 1
4 of a Kind of Aces
|
Poker-Hand of Player 2
4 of a Kind of Jacks
|
In the illustrated Example both Players hold a 4 of a Kind, but the 4 of a Kind of Aces has a higher Rank than the 4 of a Kind of Jacks. In this case, Player 1 with a 4 of a Kind
of Aces wins the Pot.
